My journey
In 2017 I joined the Revolut Business team as a product designer. After public product launch I changed my role to a product owner for two years.
During this time I was designing the product, managing product teams, hiring and mentoring the design team.

As a product owner
I influenced a large number of product metrics and business processes. I introduced Agile methodology and managed product teams. I was responsible for the KPIs, prioritisation and feature delivery, alignment with Support, Compliance, Legal and Marketing departments.
I grew the product to the first 50,000 businesses.
Delivered multiple iterations of onboarding which led to an increase in the number of businesses onboarded per day from 10 to 150 and kept an x1.5 increase of new and onboarded businesses quarter on quarter.
Delivered payment features that increased the number of monthly active users using payments increased by 10%.
Reduced the number of negative balances from 45% to 21%.
Delivered implementation of Design System for Web apps.

On a company level I conducted more than 300 hours of interviews, defining hiring process, scorecards and playbooks for interviews.
