Learning new space
The team has done a great work in figuring out product market fit. My main focus is the digital part of the business. My role is to tie business development and digital, and streamline both sides — client facing product and internal infrastructure.
Space is quite small industry. Along with learning the new domain and digging through details of space launches specifics, I had to adjust my approach to qualitative and quantitative research.
During my work there we’ve improved marketing and onboarding conversions, and re-vamped internal systems. I’ve also enhanced team processes: product analytics, design and delivery.
